Steve and Matt, together with Brooke and Renee - forming Atchison and Hicks Construction are going to be leaders in this industry. Why? Well, I was losing money trying to run a cafe, and had to immediately change the use of the premises to an apartment. Not knowing how to do this, I was recommended to call Steve and Matt. Today my husband and I have signed up with the local Stroud homes in Port Macquarie with the lovely owners Joel & Alla. Joel & Alla have the most outstanding approach & understanding of what their clients are looking for when designing a family home. Joel's building back ground really showed in the consultation, explaining our options due to the slop of our new recently purchased block. Joel met my husband on site at 7.30am. Joel stepped the house out and explained different options to discuss with me to get a better understating on how all our requests could be meet. If we will be able to build again we would build with Bayline again for sure. We really liked the person to person approach, rather than dealing with larger project companies. It was very easy to make minor modifications. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
