When the presure is on over the holiday period, when generally, quality of take-away really drops. Not so Corlette Store! Live locally, have tried all fish and chips eateries over the years and Saltmine wins hands down. The fish is cooked perfectly, we all had a different type of the cooking, battered, crumbed and grilled. The grilled fish combo made with garlic butter and sweet chilli sauce is the best I have ever had. The owner and all of the staff are polite, friendly and know their menu well. The staff gave us some advice on what we best for our group to order, giving us the best and most economic way to feed a large group of us. As well as fish, a couple of our group ordered burgers. They were fresh and the meat was real mince that actually has some flavour. I would defiantly recommend Saltmine to locals and visitors. You will not be disappointed. Heads up to the owners, your staff are a credit to you.

I booked with James for 9 for a lunch to celebrate my wife's 85 Birthday on 25 August. The round table was beautifully presented with white linen, sparkling glassware, shining cutlery, water jugs and a posy of blooms at the centre. The staff provided table service and were most helpful and attentive especially Sarah who was in charge. Our guests included grandaughters and boyfriends, mum and dad and Poppy (father-in-law). We all enjoyed our gathering immensely, thanks to the excellent amenities, service and food, all at a cost which I thought very good value. Congratulations Greenhouse Guys for making it such a memorable occasion.

I just love this place. I had lunch at Coopernock Hotel again but this time on a Wednesday and it was quite busy and I can see why. There was a great selection of dishes on the menu and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and delivered our steak sandwiches to our table outside. Great vibe.
