Flaming Good is owned by Tony and Danielle. Our journey began when we ran our family olive grove in South East Queensland. After struggling to make a living from the olive grove we started pizza nights and these quickly became a huge success. We found that overnight the wood-fired Cob oven would hold a perfect roasting temperature. Using the cooling oven to roast our own farm-raised pork and lamb we began creating delicious and succulent roasts, with a rich depth of flavour we hadn’t experienced for a long time. Fast forward several years and Flaming Good now caters for events and private functions all across Queensland from our Toowoomba base. We cater functions of 40 people up to 25,000 people at major events. We now have a wide range of wood and charcoal-fired ovens creating delicious food including pizzas, fresh platters, BBQ’s, traditional roast with all the trimmings and decadent desserts. Together with our amazing Kitchen Family of very friendly hard-working staff, our trailers travel across Queensland to birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, family functions and corporate events.

Born in Miranda, Australia on 1st October 1992 and growing globally, we’re named after the Jamaica Blue Mountains, widely regarded as home of the best coffee in the world. Whilst an international brand, we are locally owned and operated and thus have a strong love for our local community and giving back. So much so, we have partnered with ALIVE, a social enterprise who provide suicide prevention programs in our local communities that build Resilience, Connection and Wellbeing that young people love.
