Our goal is to create and share quality products in an engaging space. We are also ideally situated for tourists looking for an awesome family alternative to your standard road trip foods. 25 years ago, we sold our small farm near Tamworth and joined the rest of Pete’s family in the Shoalhaven. The evolution of the business began immediately with the purchase of Nicko’s Tucker Truck and, with a few improvements, it quickly became two trucks. Two years later our local pie and cake supplier closed their business. No one else's pies were good enough and we were soon approached by their best pastry chef to set up, with his help, our own bakery. The Andrews family became a highly valued and wonderful part of a rapid growth period that saw us establishing a full bakery, shopfront and four mobile food vans. Alan brought with him his Grandfather’s famous pie recipe from the original Gerringong Pie Shop and we have stayed true to the recipe to this day. From this solid foundation we’ve grown and changed in tune with the local area and tourism, continually keeping our focus on the best a pie and coffee can be.
