Firstly, I have to admit that I DO work here. I started eating the remainder of the food after starting my job! Michelle makes the best muffins, apple crumble cake, and. caramel slice EVER! The portions are huge, the owners care about the customers, staff and standards. Proud to be a part of the team.

This is/was my favourite place to stop when visiting my elderly mother once a month. I used to stop every time on my way home to get supplies to take home and treats to eat on the way home 😋 but extremely disappointed as I travel home on a Sunday and now they are closed. I don't understand as I'm sure this would have been one of your busiest days. Please any chance of you guys ever opening on a Sunday again 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏

OMG!!!!! What a wonderful experience. Fabulous food, exceptional service, so friendly, relaxing. A place to share conversation and have a laugh with family. Even our boys loved it. Just passing through Raymond Terrace after a long drive to Sydney, we decided to stop at Red Eye Cafe for breakfast. Wraps were ok and service relatively fast, but once we tried the chai latte we realised this was below average with hardly any taste. We offered to pay more for a double shot. They kept us waiting. We finished our meal and the double shot never arrived, nor the apology. We were unimpressed with the disregard for customer request. We were not returning the drink, just asked for some flavour and we were prepared to pay extra. Red Eye Cafe you have some ways to go about learning customer service.

Lovely friendly staff and delicious food. Disappointing that we chose to visit and eat at the club specifically to use one of our $50 NSW parent vouchers which was declined at the restaurant because it is apparently a separate business to the club who is not part of this new voucher program. Deceptive use of the vouchers.

Beautiful lunch today at the cafe, delicious food, our table surrounded by fragrant plants and friendly birds. I am wheelchair bound but found general access was good. The plants for sale are beautifully laid out and varieties easy to find. All plants look healthy and are reasonably priced. Heritage Gardens is more like a scenic botanic garden. I love visiting, nice to see dogs on leash welcome. Gift shops are a great place for finding that special gift. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will go back again..and again..and again. Highly recommended!
