Wongalea is a picturesque 4,500 acre cattle property, with a one kilometre frontage on the Macintyre River. Our property is located near Yetman, close to the Queensland border. Our peaceful campsites have plenty of room for singles, families and groups. We cater for tents, caravans and camper trailers. Our sites have access to toilet facilities (a port-a-loo and a pit toilet) and non drinking water. Secluded bush camping is also available on the property (accessible by 4WD only). Dogs are welcome. Fish the river for Yellowbelly, Cod or just sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife. Have a swim, go kayaking or take a bushwalk to explore the property before cooking up some yummy damper in the campfire. We look forward to welcoming you at Wongalea.
