Scamper Island Camping-Water Transfer is complete with a purpose-built 10-metre boat, which is proven safe and perfect for private charters for families and friends, especially those who want to experience new camping adventures in the Whitsundays. Our water taxi can accommodate 34 passengers. Island camping transfers include a secure drop down ramp for easier transfers from boat to land. We also offer camping gear for rent, including snorkelling gear and stinger suits. Scamper Island Camping-Water Transfer has been servicing the Whitsundays since 2001. We can carry multiple kayaks and can safely take you to different islands via Whitehaven boat transfers. We offer safe water taxi rides to Hook Island, Whitsundays Island and South Molle Island. I set out to camp on Whitehaven Beach with my 2 sons and Sandy organized us to a tee with all our requirements. The weather took a turn for the worst and although we were uncontactable by mobile, Sandy personally turned up at the beach and transported us to a safer camp spot. Although we were disappointed, South Molle Island was great and Sandy provided all details of walks and activities and they returned us to safety the following day.

It's perfectly placed next to the Proserpine Golf Course. Our Tourist Park has powered and unpowered shady sites available for caravans, as well as a spacious camping area. Included are modern amenities facilities, complete with a well-equipped laundry - with a camp kitchen also available to guests staying at the park. There are 2 amenities blocks including disabled access, automatic washers and dryers. The park offers BBQ facilities and is also located within walking distance to the beach, children's playgrounds, tennis courts, lawn bowls and a hotel / restaurant. We're open 7 Days a Week.
