As a Pet friendly park, you can bring along your additional family member on holidays with you, subject to the conditions of our Pet Policy. Our 2 bedroom Waterfront Villas sleep up to 6 guests and are self contained, providing a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, private facilities, linen and of course, gorgeous waterfront views of the Bellinger River. Sorry no pets are allowed in the Villas. For the convenience of our guests, our Family Orientated Amenities block features 10 suites with hair dryers disabled shower, baby room, men’s room, guest laundry and a filtered water bottle station. Surrounds are set in rural acreage, therefore no hustle and bustle, yet 13km to the heart of Coffs Harbour. Our park is now complete with our unique - 2 bedroom or 2 bedroom/study relocatable home designs. Our drawcard are the large verandahs to entice an indoor/outdoor living while nestled in such beautiful surrounds. All stages are now complete, therefore it's all about relaxing as our land follows the beautiful Bonville Creek. We have facilities for all residents use, including pool and tennis court. There are activities such as craft days, morning teas, movie days which are organized by residents and everyone is welcome to join in. Situated 5 minutes away from Sunny Sawtell's cafes, beaches and Clubs were lawn Bowls seems to be a favorite amongst many residents. These resident groups play an important role in our village life. All relocatable homes within the Park are owner occupied.. Homes may not be bought to be rented out to a third party. All tenancies are for a maximum of one to two people only and at least one person named on the Tenancy agreement must be over the age of 55. Family and friends may stay and visit however visits must be limited to two weeks at any one time, with no more than six weeks per year in total.

Wongalea is a picturesque 4,500 acre cattle property, with a one kilometre frontage on the Macintyre River. Our property is located near Yetman, close to the Queensland border. Our peaceful campsites have plenty of room for singles, families and groups. We cater for tents, caravans and camper trailers. Our sites have access to toilet facilities (a port-a-loo and a pit toilet) and non drinking water. Secluded bush camping is also available on the property (accessible by 4WD only). Dogs are welcome. Fish the river for Yellowbelly, Cod or just sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife. Have a swim, go kayaking or take a bushwalk to explore the property before cooking up some yummy damper in the campfire. We look forward to welcoming you at Wongalea.
