I highly recommend Jen & the Team at Haven Botanical. Ordering products from a florist over the phone could have been a daunting process, wanting something special for a special family and occasion, but it was made "easy" because the interaction with Jen & the Team was not only completely professional, but helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with my various questions and accommodated my request (to provide a different pot for the chosen plant which required repotting), always with a "can do" attitude, nothing was "too hard". We have been to the shop in Byron a couple of times, the latest in March this year, first time i think was in 2018. Both times we meet a supernice woman who took care of us. She was really nice, i think her namn is Lizz, so hope she reads this , and we hope to meet her next time we get to Byron Bay, our daughter livets there. We also bumped in to her at the market in Byron , same sunday we were going home to Sweden. Big hugs to Lizz from Per and Camilla from Sweden.
