Not only did they confirm the battery was faulty, but Ian went above and beyond by offering to provide a written report and invoice so we could make a claim with our insurer. That level of honesty, initiative, and willingness to help is something you don’t come across very often. Ian showed a genuine sense of decency and integrity throughout the whole process, and it made what had been a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
