Your pet has soft pillows and plenty of toys to enjoy while he or she stays with us. Simply Catz is built on extensive grounds, so we also have a large playground for your cat to enjoy. We welcome inspections of our grounds, because a happy owner is vital to us. Our Townsville cattery caters for all diet types, serving a mix of wet and dry food. We use veterinary recommended brands such as Royal Canin biscuits, as well as using or creating our own blend of mince or wet food. We have an extensive range of cat biscuit varieties available, catering for cats of different ages and needs. Simply Catz can assist you with a pick-up and delivery service for your cat, as well as arranging airport transfers for your pet. Bookings for our Townsville cattery are essential. To ensure the health of all cats in our care, we do require proof of vaccination prior to accepting your cat. We also require your pet to be treated for fleas prior to their stay. Highly recommend this place if your cat needs a home away from home! Great local business! The owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our cats stayed for 2+ weeks and they were looking content and well looked after when I picked them up. Couldn't fault Simply Catz 10/10

At All For Paws Pet Retreat, we treat all our guests like we would like our personal pets to be treated. Our dogs all get a minimum of 5 hours playtime a day (weather permitting) and our cats all get individual roams each day in the cattery. We have swimming, agility and more extras available to make your pet’s holiday the best it can be. To top it off we update our Facebook page daily with lots of pictures of our guests.

I am replying to the recent postings regarding our boarding facilities, as I have found that the accusations that have been made are quite disturbing. First to Anonymous posted 23rd May at 7.10pm. We have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities, so I find it hard to believe that you were not able to. We have large bowls of water for smaller breeds and stainless steel buckets for med/lge breeds to drink from. I am also wondering how you were able to see my so called poorly groomed poodles if you weren't able to view the premises. Heather posted April 23rd 9.22am. We are approved by Council and we have to abide by a number of requirements and Inspection takes place regularly. We take pride in how we present ourselves, our grounds and our boarding facilities. My husband and I work extremely hard in both presentation and the looking after of the animals in our care. Once again we have never knocked back anyone to view our facilities. Anonymous April 15th 2.09pm. I would like you to contact us personally, as you are stating that your pets were in a critical condition, I find this quite concerning. This is our Business, our livelihood, our sole income that supports our Family. We would never allow animals in our care to get to this stage. One thing that I find upsetting is that not one of you have contacted us.

How amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
