Welcome to Townsville Agistment: Townsville Agistment is a quality facility situated in the quiet, tranquil rural area of Roseneath. This hidden slice of paradise is only 14 kms away from Townsville City. Because we reside on the property we can keep an eye on your equine friend and can notify you of any changes or concerns with your horse, We are true horse enthusiasts and will make your horse feel at home and part of our family! We pride ourselves on the high quality of our stables and grassed paddocks. What do we offer? • We can provide short term and long term agistment • Agistment prices start at $210 per month • Tailor made agistment including feeding, rugging etc. • High quality stables measuring a length of - 8.5 metres or 28 feet, a width of 4.25 metres or 14 feet, and a height of 4 metres or 12 feet in size. • Cyclone procedure in place for all horses • All stables are fully covered and have ceiling fans installed. • Stables are separated with wire mesh to avoid horse biting. • Storage rooms, complete with individual storage cupboards and shelves. • Several large grassed paddocks (we can allocate a paddock to your horse on request). • Use of round yard, with fine graded river sand. • Professional fencing without the use of barbed wire. • No China apple trees or any toxic plants that could harm your horse. • Use of riding areas. • Horse wash down areas, and taps throughout stables. • We provide each owner with an information pack for each horse. This not only includes maps and details of the property, but also includes medication and maintenance charts to help manage your horses' needs. • We love and monitor the horses here and will contact you if we notice a problem with your horse. Huge stables and undercover tack rooms. Very green grassy paddocks and well maintained grounds. Friendly and helpful owner. A great facility.
