I am a celebrant based in Cairns, North Queensland, but I also work frequently in beautiful Port Douglas and on the Atherton Tableland. There are just SO many places to choose from – beaches close to Cairns, parklands, home gardens, rainforest beside creeks or any place of your choosing. Whether you are a local couple (great, we can meet up soon!) or whether you are coming from interstate, other parts of Queensland or Australia, or coming from overseas, I welcome the opportunity to assist you plan your marriage in the Cairns, Port Douglas or Atherton Tableland areas. I make a point of answering my emails immediately if possible, or if not, as soon as I can – within 12-24 hours.

My name is Stephanie Milne and I am lucky enough to be a Port Douglas Marriage Celebrant. I believe it is a privilege to be chosen to solemnise a marriage ceremony and as such, I never perform more than one wedding a day. This allows me to be completely flexible and available for every couple I work with. I always aim to give each couple the best of myself and I am more than happy to go the extra mile. I am also a life long artist, which I believe gives me a unique ability to see every ceremony from a more creative perspective. Every couple I work with is different, with different dreams, aspirations and requirements, as a result making every wedding completely unique. Whether it is a simple elegant elopement ceremony or a more grand affair incorporating many friends and family; I always encourage each couple to be as involved in the creative process as they would like. I write each ceremony personally for each couple encouraging them to aim for the perfect moment that will remain as a perfect memory for the years to come. As a result, I have been fortunate to be involved in some quite varied, diverse and often amazing ceremonies and rituals.
