Founded by local Port Macquarie gynaecologist and obstetrician, Associate Professor Dr Ray Hodgson in 2010, A4WH (Australians for Women's Health) is a foundation endorsed by the Australian Federal Government. The main principle behind A4WH is to provide health care and support to women in developing countries who suffer form pelvic organ damage such as prolapse as well as pregnancy complications.
