Welcome to the Queensland Association for Healthy Communities, 'Healthy Communities' for short. Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Queenslanders. LevelUp Independent Living is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider.
