Advance care planning, the process of planning your health care for the future allowing people to understand how you will like to treated or not if you became injured or ill. This care is mainly for older people, it gives you an opportunity to make your care a personal preference. Our Op Shops are located in Tewantin, Noosaville (Warehouse), Cooroy and Maroochydore. We accept donations in good/sellable condition and therefore sell good quality items all of which go towards raising money to fund 24/7 nursing care at the Hospice.
