Our sanctuary is home to a herd of horses, each with their own healing journey, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients. We offer a variety of therapeutic programs, including equine therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness, empowering individuals to regain strength and confidence on their path to recovery.

Katie Rose Cottage Hospice is a not-for-profit, accredited 24/7 palliative care service, for those facing terminal illnesses in the community. We are a team filled with volunteers who are dedicated and giving their time for those in needs. Advance care planning, the process of planning your health care for the future allowing people to understand how you will like to treated or not if you became injured or ill. This care is mainly for older people, it gives you an opportunity to make your care a personal preference. Our Op Shops are located in Tewantin, Noosaville (Warehouse), Cooroy and Maroochydore. We accept donations in good/sellable condition and therefore sell good quality items all of which go towards raising money to fund 24/7 nursing care at the Hospice.
