Who I Am: My name is Jessica and I am an Accredited Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. What I Do: We offer individual/ small group Children’s Counselling sessions in an environment that’s creative and fun. We genuinely care about you and your children’s mental health and well-being that is why we choose to offer Counselling/ Education in a confidential, helpful and affordable manner. I believe mental health and well-being education is the key to creating wellness and stability in your children’s life. My vision is to provide psycho-education in a collaborative style that is filled with fun, creative activities that provides enjoyment that encourages self confidence and builds strengths. Belinda is able to assist people with a range of difficulties including; anxiety, panic, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, anger, addiction, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, work stress, behavioural issues, and parenting. She offers a warm, genuine and non-judgmental approach that assists people to feel comfortable and respected on their journey through the counselling process.
