Who I Am: My name is Jessica and I am an Accredited Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. We work within the boundaries of our Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice in accordance with The Australian Counselling Association. Mission: My mission is to provide mental health support to children and their families’ in a non-clinical environment to promote the best possible outcome using their strengths to encourage the healing process. My practice is tailored to support the unique needs of individuals and their families using Evidenced Based Therapies in a confidential, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. What I Do: We offer individual/ small group Children’s Counselling sessions in an environment that’s creative and fun. We genuinely care about you and your children’s mental health and well-being that is why we choose to offer Counselling/ Education in a confidential, helpful and affordable manner. I believe mental health and well-being education is the key to creating wellness and stability in your children’s life. My vision is to provide psycho-education in a collaborative style that is filled with fun, creative activities that provides enjoyment that encourages self confidence and builds strengths. Together we can explore skills/ practice role plays and create strategies to enhance and promote resilience.

Belinda is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the areas of counselling and mental health. She works with adults, adolescents, children and parents. Belinda is able to assist people with a range of difficulties including; anxiety, panic, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, anger, addiction, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, work stress, behavioural issues, and parenting. She offers a warm, genuine and non-judgmental approach that assists people to feel comfortable and respected on their journey through the counselling process. Belinda offers a range of different therapies including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR - for trauma), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Circle of Security Parenting Program, Attachment interventions, and Sandplay Therapy.

We enjoy a positive relationship with families and individuals as well as an enviable reputation among general practitioners, pediatricians, educators and other local professionals. Working predominately with children, adolescents and families, as well as women with perinatal depression and anxiety, we are a team of committed and dedicated psychologists who provide a professional service based on best practice knowledge and experience, and genuine care for our clients. Our service is respectful, collaborative and honest and based on the most current psychological practice. All sessions are conducted in a confidential, friendly and relaxed environment.
