The thing I like most about this is hearing people talk about how their lives have been so positively impacted by the changes I have suggested to their food habits. Nutrition is an evolving science. Virtually every day there are new discoveries. Some of these discoveries are coming about because of better understanding of genetics. The two new sciences have emerged since the discovery of the human genome. One is nutrigenomics and the other nutrigenetics. These sciences are about the study of how food influences our genes and genes influence how we are able to utilize that food. I love learning new things and this field gives me the opportunity to do this. What I also like to do is to bring these new findings to people in a practical way.
