My application of massage consist of a mixture of western and eastern style of remedial techniques. With eastern style of treatment (also known as traditional chinese medicine) consists of understanding patients’ health holistically, pinpointing the source of the manifested pain due to imbalance of organ/muscle function. TCM focuses on balance and maintaining the flow of qi, an energy force which keeps things alive. Using techniques such as cupping, moxibustion, and acupressure are used to achieve better qi circulation.
