The messaging this place provides changes completely from when they are trying to lure you in and sign you up to an intensive treatment plan to when you’ve signed up and they’re direct debiting from your account each week. It begins as “do you experience back pain? Do you want to live pain free? Then you need to sign up to our treatment plan”, and then after signing up and begging treatment, I made the mistake of experiencing a reduction in pain and had my head bitten off by one of the chiros telling me that what they do doesn’t work like an aspirin and pain relief has nothing to do with it etc. Since then, I’ve received a patronising lecture with every treatment about how it’s not about pain relief. The staff have obviously been trained on emotional manipulation techniques and all their communication is laced with subtle manipulation, eg. “if you miss 3 appointments we’ll terminate your membership because that tells us you’re not ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing”.

I have been a tradesman for over twenty years and first saw Greg out of desperation after I started getting severe shooting pains down my arms. After several trips to my Physio and the recommendation that I should change careers I went to see Greg. After about three visits the pain had eased and by about the 10th had completely gone. I've had one small relapse in the last 4 years which was quickly rectified. I believe my general health over the last 4 years has also improved as a result seeing Greg.
