After being involved in a major car accident many years ago I found myself unable to walk, sleep or work due to back spasms. I have been a patient for ten years now. On a personel referall I found Dr Carsen Tannberg. I followed the recommended treatment plan and am now able to live a healthy happy pain free life and still have my health check once a month. It's like I say, I service my car so why not service the body so it performs better.

The messaging this place provides changes completely from when they are trying to lure you in and sign you up to an intensive treatment plan to when you’ve signed up and they’re direct debiting from your account each week. It begins as “do you experience back pain? Do you want to live pain free? Then you need to sign up to our treatment plan”, and then after signing up and begging treatment, I made the mistake of experiencing a reduction in pain and had my head bitten off by one of the chiros telling me that what they do doesn’t work like an aspirin and pain relief has nothing to do with it etc. Since then, I’ve received a patronising lecture with every treatment about how it’s not about pain relief. The staff have obviously been trained on emotional manipulation techniques and all their communication is laced with subtle manipulation, eg. “if you miss 3 appointments we’ll terminate your membership because that tells us you’re not ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing”.
