They arrived with 4 people, then suddenly said it would be $590 due to the “condition.” This is a small 3 bed, 1 bath home. When I said I couldn’t afford it, they just walked out. I was in a panic — I was flying to WA with 3 kids under 7 and needed the end-of-lease done urgently. I posted on Facebook and Fabian from FKS Cleaning Group reached out, came straight over, and handled everything calmly and professionally. He completed the clean — the agent inspected and it passed with no issues. When I asked the cost, he said: “Don’t worry about it… sometimes people need a break.” I was in tears. Honest, reliable, and genuinely caring — highly recommend.
