Cups N' Saucers Raymond Terrace, opened in September 2014. The concept was adapted from it's multi award winning sister shop "Cupz N' Crepes" at Morpeth. The owners Gary & Racquel Peapell sold Cupz N' Crepes in July 2015 to concentrate soley on the Raymond Terrace shop. Savoury and sweet crepes are on the menu at Cups N' Saucers where guests can choose from an amazing variety of traditional and surprising fillings. The crepes are made to order using an old-fashioned pan flip style. Some of the delicious fillings include garlic prawn in a hard crepe basket, chicken and mushroom, chicken tropicana, vegetarian and almost all are available gluten free. For sweet lovers, there are crepes filled with caramel and banana, mixed berry and Dutch apple just to name a few. The cafe serves a huge selection of hot and cold drinks, Amanti coffee (two blends - a mild and a full bodied strong Roast), tea, cakes, freshly baked scones, fondue for two with strawberry, fruits and marshmallow skewers coated with top quality Belgian Chocolate.
