Since starting our quest for a change of lifestyle, Leighton and I wanted to move somewhere that was focused on being a community, for our children, but also so that we could one day open a café. Enter Shiny Brew!!! We are so happy with our move from Brisbane, this Region has such a wealth of beautiful produce to use as well as a beautiful, relaxing but community-driven way of life. For us, the name Shiny stems from so many things, it was impossible for us not to use it for our café.
