My husband and I had been out to dinner and on return I accidentally knocked his red wine glass and it completely stained the back of our large cream chair. Carpet Diem were the only firm, of the four we contacted, who were willing to come and attempt to remove the large stain after seeing the photos. Carpet Diem had previously attended to our carpets and had delivered great results. We thought there would at the least be a large stain left from the red wine after the treatment, however, there was literally no visible residual staining. Ben worked on the red wine stain for 3 hours and despite us telling him that he did not need to keep trying because we were aware that it was impossible “to fix” he diligently soldiered on. At the end there was literally no sign of any red wine. Communication, price, professionalism, care and turnaround were incredible! The images speak for themselves!
