My name is Sue and I'm the face behind Mintas Cleaning Service. Since I was 15 I have always worked and strived to become something and provide something amazing for people, and hospitality just wasn't filling that dream for me. I have always enjoyed cleaning and I have been told I'm amazing at it, so I thought why not try something completely out of my comfort zone - try branching out into a whole new world, and I did - I created Mintas Cleaning Service. For 2 years I worked from 6am until 4pm at the cafe then off I would go Cleaning homes to build my business, long story short here I am today! I was faced with some extremely tough times! Covid, the Shepparton floods and now the rising cost of living - at times I nearly threw in the towel, but that's not me! I kept pushing through, taking on as much work as physically possible for me, even after becoming a mum I got straight back into it and it's all been worth it! I now run a successful business with an amazing team behind me! I strive to be the best boss possible to my team ensuring they have well above minimum wage, good working conditions, reimbursements and the list goes on! Because I truly believe behind every great business is an incredible team running it and I'm proud to say that's definitely the Mintas family! My goal is to keep expanding and offering more services at Mintas Cleaning Services, to create clean and happy homes for our clients while building careers for our team. I'm so proud how much it's grown and continues to grow and I owe that to all the clientele, my hard workers and myself for where it is today!
