BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS We needed a retaining wall at the rear of the house replacing from old rotten railway sleepers to new concrete timber look sleepers. To be honest everyone we had look at the job didn't quite do it for me. Then a local builder suggested someone we hadn't heard of and Neil Pascoe came to look at the job.
