Since its foundation in 1948, the Queensland Police-Citizens Youth Welfare Association (PCYC) has strategically established 54 clubs throughout Queensland, in wide-spread and far reaching communities. These clubs have been established in communities of high need where our services and programs can make a difference to the lives of local residents. Lions Club of Gympie South is your local community foundation assisting the residents with support when in time of need. Our mission is to help those in need in our local community�with like-minded people we provide real change. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Gympie RSL. New members are welcome to come and participate. Our volunteers also assist neighbouring communities and help with medical research, disaster relief and other humanitarian help.
