Producernator is a Melbourne-based (NDIS-focused) service that was founded by Mark Edward Hilder, a qualified Counsellor, seasoned NDIS Navigator, professional Music Producer, Label Owner, husband and father. Producernator services NDIS participants all over the Melbourne region (At a location of their choice). Offering capacity-building services such as assistance with Music Production, Employment Assistance, Mental Health Support and Community Participation, all within a Support Worker framework. Producernator's point of difference is that Mark can be seen as a support worker, but one that has expertise and skills that might be beneficial to many NDIS participants. Mark is a qualified Counsellor, therefore can offer Mental Health services as a Mental Health support worker. Mark is a professional Music producer and can teach participants how to create music and collaborate to make songs with them. Mark owns a record Label (Hard Tenshi Records) and can release the music created to all major digital stores and platforms. As Mark previously worked in Disability Employment Services as a Employment Consultant, he can work with participants to build job capacity and offer not only community access, but take it a step further and offer introduction to local employers, whilst advocating for employment opportunities. As Mark is a seasened NDIS Support Coordinator/Navigator, Mark can offer fantastic support and assistance with navigating NDIS Services and coordinating Supports. Think of Mark as the ultimate Support Worker with a versatile skillset.
