Matthew is such a polite, knowledgable and thorough technician. We had some tedious issues with our internet speed and wanted a move to NBN from ADSL. Matthew checked speed on all our devices, explained our options, even contacted Telstra for us and they organised a Telstra technician to come out and check connection lines a few days later.
