Yesterday we went and buy new HP Computer and TV. Thank you so the Customer Service officers who serve us. They have an excellent customer service and very very helpful. They an excellent knowledge of everything they are selling. That's why I always shop at Harvey Norman. The service abd staff re polite and excellent staff. The staff who transfer our documents from old computer to our new computer is very good IT person, have a full knowledge and excellent service provided to us. For me most important when I do the shopping is the customer service provided, knowledge of the staff, and excellent services. I would like to say thank you for the manager as he has an excellent team members working with them. Again thank you to all Harvey Norman 🙏

My virus protector picked up that there were hackers trying to log into my computer and blocked the 343 attempts within the past few days. I also found hackers were trying to access our security cameras. I became extremely worried about this so I called 'We Fix IT' (on a Saturday!) and spoke to Matthew who was quick to resolve the issue. To say Matthew was amazing is an understatement!
