My virus protector picked up that there were hackers trying to log into my computer and blocked the 343 attempts within the past few days. I also found hackers were trying to access our security cameras. I became extremely worried about this so I called 'We Fix IT' (on a Saturday!) and spoke to Matthew who was quick to resolve the issue. To say Matthew was amazing is an understatement! Yesterday we went and buy new HP Computer and TV. Thank you so the Customer Service officers who serve us. They have an excellent customer service and very very helpful. They an excellent knowledge of everything they are selling. That's why I always shop at Harvey Norman. The service abd staff re polite and excellent staff. The staff who transfer our documents from old computer to our new computer is very good IT person, have a full knowledge and excellent service provided to us. For me most important when I do the shopping is the customer service provided, knowledge of the staff, and excellent services. We had our solar install with them and they were so efficient. The solar expert provided us with all the information we wanted and explained it to us in plain english. We are now in credit with Jacana by so far and it covers all our electricity needs during the wet for a 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom house. It was a tiny bit more expensive compared to others but we made the right choice by going with high quality panels instead of cheap ones, especially as our roof does not have the best sun exposure. Good work, recommend 1000% over.
