When selecting the process of diamond grinding and polishing the concrete as your floor finish, the benefits are numerous such as natural light reflective properties that help cut energy cost of lighting, and easy to clean, hygienic floor surface. There are many options of topical sealers that can be used for the finishing touch such as, water based/solvent based sealers as well as poly-urethane's and epoxy sealers. With most topical sealers the need for re application may vary depending on the traffic it handles. Scarifyer's are most often seen in the road construction business. They can be used for the removal of asphalt roads traffic lines, grinding down high spots and grooving the surface.
