Libby was amazing, she was always quick to respond, always reliable, highly knowledgeable, and exceeded our expectations. As first-home buyers, there were so many moments where we didn't understand something, and we were quite stressed. But, from the moment we starting communicating, Libby made this process so much easier, was a really good guide, and consistently showed her commitment to us. Libby understood the significance of our goal towards homeownership and genuinely cared about us. I cannot recommend Libby enough.

Conveyancing Services is very excited to be celebrating 25 years serving the conveyancing needs of many satisfied clients in NSW, particularly in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas. About
East Coast Conveyancing is one the largest property law firms in NSW. We have offices located in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. Back in 1993, Adrian and Sue Richards created a little conveyancing firm in Forster and called it East Coast Conveyancing. In 2008 Michael Pauling and Paul Bollen purchased the business. Since then, East Coast Conveyancing has gone on to be one of the largest property law firms in NSW. East Coast has branches located in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. How we help our clients East Coast Conveyancing has undertaken rigorous research with our clients and major referral sources. The overwhelming message was that they wanted speed and communication. Speed and communication are our business' key focus goal. How we do it Our cloud software and procedures ensures phone calls are returned promptly and correspondence is replied to on the same day. This allows all parties to achieve a quick exchange of contracts thus committing the other party to the deal and preventing gazumping. East Coast Conveyancing also offers further assurances to help you relax: Full Indemnity and Fidelity Insurance protects you every step of the way. Regular SMS updates to your phone for free which keeps you up to date every step of the way. East Coast Conveyancing will handle every detail of your property transaction and be there to keep you updated at all times. It is not necessary to hire a solicitor as we are fully licensed to provide ALL the services required to transfer title in property. There is always someone available We have a dedicated Customer Service Team which means you can find out about your matter at any time, even if your conveyancer is with another client. The Future For the first time in East Coast Conveyancing history, we have started opening satellite offices: one on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie and one in the Hunter Valley. These branches are designed to be mobile sites, meaning the conveyancers are out of the office and are available see clients at their home within business hours, plus there is a mobile Customer Service Team member attached to those sites as well. This is a big win for you as it means you do not need to travel to one of our branches. Many of our clients told us that it was difficult to get to the office at times so we have introduced a Mobile Team to see you at a time and location that suits you. Wherever you are, wherever the deal is being done, we'll be able to give you practical, expert advice tailored to meet your personal circumstances, delivered on time and in a language you can understand. Buying a Property The team at East Coast Conveyancing has the knowledge, expertise and experience to make your property purchase smooth, simple, and easy to understand. We've been doing this since 1992. Selling a Property How we can help you with selling a property We prepare a Contract of Sale for you and provide it to the Real Estate Agent. In some council areas we are able to prepare contracts for you in 24 hours. We act on your behalf once a buyer is found for your home. We keep you up to date every step of the way using SMS/Text messages. Something other conveyancers don't do. We do not charge you the full amount of our services until the property is sold and settled. We can start the whole process with a small deposit. If you do not wish to come to our office, we have a form available for you online. Fill in our instructions form and we can get started for you straight away. Transferring a Property We advise that you speak to one of our experienced conveyancers before doing anything. They can provide all family members with advice on what to do in regards to transferring property. First Home Buyers As first home buyers, it is understandable and normal for you to feel anxious. Solid preparation and knowledge of the process will help you buy the house of your dreams. That's why it is so important for you to do your homework. Receiving incorrect or poor advice can be one of the most traumatic and stressful experiences you will endure. East Coast Conveyancing will take the stress out of this process for you, leaving you confident about the purchase of your first home Purchasing a Property Off the Plan Buying property ‘off the plan' can be a brilliant way to get ahead of the rest of the market. It allows you to buy a property before it's actually built and beat any other potential buyers in the market.

About
At Todd Street Lawyer, our knowledge is your edge. We know the law. Our principal, Todd Street, has worked as a lawyer since early 2006. He has worked with and learned from some of the region's best and most experienced lawyers. He has undertaken further study in the area of family law. We know that the law can be confusing. That is why we keep you updated every step of the way, in your language. We know that the law can be confronting. Todd is experienced in dealing with people who are at their most emotional. He will show you compassion and understanding, while still providing you with clear and objective advice about your legal options. We know that after you engage a lawyer, you develop a relationship of trust and confidence with them. Often, you will tell your lawyer things which are private and which you may not have told to those who are closest to you. At Todd Street Lawyer, we understand the confidence that you place in your lawyer when you do that. You will receive personal attention. Your file will not be delegated to junior lawyers without your consent. The lawyer you see at your first appointment will be the lawyer you see at your last appointment. We know that you need a lawyer who will be a strong advocate for you. We will assist you to explore all options for resolving your matter. However, Todd is experienced as a court lawyer and you can feel comfortable knowing that Todd will strongly put your case to the Court if that is necessary. Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding fathers of the United States of America, once said that An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. Make your investment in Todd Street Lawyer, and let our knowledge be your edge. Contact us today.
