Robert has been working in regional NSW since the 1980's, gaining extensive technical experience. His clinic experience has been influenced by his many dentists who have been clients over the years and of whom he still values those relationships very highly. ​Robert has supported the dental sector in roles as National President of the Australian Dental Laboratory Association for 10 years and Founding National President of the Oral Health Professionals' Association and NSW Councillor. Robert served on the NSW Dental Technician and Dental Prosthetists' Board for 10 years and has been part of State and National Consultative Committees over the last 15 years.
