Many clients benefit from a more traditional counselling setting of the counsellor and client sitting during the session, however, some prefer Walk ‘n talk counselling sessions. A time where you are able to share personal issues in a positive, open and natural environment allowing you to draw in the energy of Mother Nature to lift the mood and improve wellbeing. I'm Claire, a mother of two school-aged children, and a professional counsellor. I have previous experience in the mental health sector, working with severe mental illness and psychosocial disability in my early career. I have worked with people across the lifespan, from ages 4 into their late 60's and beyond. My passion lies in supporting children to overcome obstacles, develop life skills and live to their full potential, as well as supporting parents to build their self-care to ensure the best outcomes for the whole family.
