I provide Counselling and Psychotherapy services through a variety of ways such as face-to-face, phone, online and home visits to make it as easy as possible for you to have access to the services you need. I use a range of different approaches depending on individual preference and support needs such as Trauma Informed, Neurodiversity-Affirming, Somatic, Gestalt, Play, Nature and Equine Assisted Therapy. I'm also an experienced Registered Nurse so that enables me to have a much more holistic in supporting people with integrated the wholeness health (mind, body & spirit) approach.
