The training I completed through SALT Training Academy had been the most thorough and streamlined I have experienced in the last 20 years of being qualified. Being able to complete the theory component in my own time at home was amazing. I could stop and start the online work as needed and Brent was very knowledgeable and encouraging and was also quick to reply when I needed help with the online component. Being in a small group meant I had plenty of time to ask questions and practice on the 3 different sizes of manikins (adult, child & baby) which all had lights and clicks to show when my technique and timing was effective - which is critical to know. I will definitely be signing up to other courses with Brent as SALT is making it so easy and accessible to up-skill and to have confidence in actually using those skills effectively in a real-world situation.
