Love our ‘over 55’ sessions with Nick. He takes the time to cater for everyone’s abilities ( or non abilities!! 😂). The sessions are fun, varied and enjoyable as well as keeping us moving and strong.

I've been going to crossfit raw commando for a few years and its really helped me to get fitter, feel great and look good. The staff are very experienced, friendly and give me advice on all sorts of things from excercising, eating and getting a great nights sleep. Worth a visit.
