Health and fitness is everything to us here at The CrossFit Bar, formerly known as ‘The Bar Heath and Fitness’. We don’t just focus on how many squats we can do, or how much weight we can lift. We work on building strength from within; from our soul, through our mental health and then how we feel about ourselves, from the inside out. We want to create a calm space, a safe space.
