Fenech Curtains & Blinds was originally founded by Joe Fenech in 1977. Originally operating under the name Fenech Custom Curtains, the company offered a unique ‘shop at home’ service, delivering mobile supply and installation of quality window furnishings. As our business grew from strength to strength, we established a showroom at 165 Argyle Street, Traralgon. From this convenient location, we have been able to provide customers with a staggering range of choices for material and style of curtains, boasting a level of access to products previously unavailable outside Melbourne. With the addition of our upstairs blind production workshop in 1985, Fenech Curtains and Blinds expanded to its current role. We are proud to be a locally owned and family operated business, boasting a tightly-knit team of experts who are passionate about their work. Our hardworking and highly experienced production team are ideally positioned to provide customers in Gippsland with quality workmanship, as well as made to measure products and friendly service. We also make a point of working within the fastest possible turnaround times. We are proud to be the only window furnishing company in the local area that makes its products on-site. All of our curtains and many of our blinds are made at our facility, so you can rest assured that the quality products we deliver are made locally, by and for local people.

arpet Call is the largest 100% Australian owned flooring retailer in the country. Starting from humble beginnings in 1975, with a total capital outlay of $270 and a carpet rack that was found partly submerged in the Brisbane River, Smith, a young father at the time, opened his first one man store at Alderley, on the Northside of Brisbane. The shop was so small that the carpet had to be rolled out into the street to be cut for his customers. Believing in the core values of customer service 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, Smith quickly expanded opening more stores throughout Brisbane. Carpet Call became a house hold name in the 80’s becoming synonymous with the “call call carpet call“ jingle. Carpet Call has based itself on the belief that providing good customer service with a free in-home measure, colour consult and product display lets customers have the freedom of an informed and educated choice before deciding to purchase, which makes for happy customers. Expanding throughout Australia, these core company values still remain the same today. Flooring can be a difficult and time consuming process we like to think we make it as simple and as easy as possible.
