We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.

Referred to Truform Shade to provide protection from the direct sunlight to living areas in our home.
