Achieve Pole Studio is run by Andrea Ryff, a National & International pole dancing champion with an extensive background in gymnastics coaching, Personal Training & dance. Built on over 20 years experience in the fitness industry Achieve Pole Studio offers high quality instruction with an emphasis on technique & safe learning progressions. Exercise is an essential part to living a healthy life, however many of us don't make the time or have the motivation to fit it in our lives. We believe that's because you've yet to discover a way to get fit that is fun - and we believe that pole dancing is the answer.

R&M Latin Dance - Rhi and Mario are extremely proud of their unique and fun teaching methods, and their structured courses are easy and logic for any complete beginners. We believe in creating a safe and supportive place for all backgrounds to connect and join our R&M Latin Dance family. R&M is comprised of just two Salsa and Bachata dance Teachers, Mariano De Simone (Italian) who moved to Cardiff to start his dance company dream in 2015, and later joined his dance partner Rhian Saunders (Australian/Welsh) in 2018. Together they own and run the dance school, including all media marketing, as well as teach all their group and private Salsa and Bachata dance classes, dance performance, present student showcases, and continue to spread the joy of dance.
