We lost all power and the capability to recharge our system on holidays at Woolgoolga NSW. Micheal and his team took time out of their busy schedule to check and test solar, BCDC and inverter. Outcome was we needed a new Victron solar regulator, Redarc BCDC Charger. Micheal arranged delivery and installation for the next day. I can't recommend Micheal and his team enough, he offers good old fashion customer service, with a dose of "a really nice bloke"
