David was very professional and offered to help but explained that he would not be able to start my job for about 6 months. As I need the work to be done in a shorter time frame I was unable to proceed but other businesses will take on the job, then not be able to deliver. Nate arrived on time every day, kept the work area clean and was always respectful of our home. Communication was excellent throughout the project - I was kept informed of progress and any decisions that needed to be made. When we encountered an unexpected issue with the old framework, Nate came up with a creative solution that actually improved the original design. We also needed new windows installed but no glaziers would come out to measure. I told Nate and he said "don't stress about it, I'll measure and install them."
