When we decided to move to a bare block and build a house we engaged Katja and Sven Margraf to prepare the detailed plans and undertake construction. They are an extremely professional team and very easy to work with. Sven is an experienced and knowledgeable builder and was always able to accommodate any changes and solve any problems. He was always on-site when he said he would be and always organised. Sven'™s knowledge of construction ensured that the building work progressed smoothly. He always managed and scheduled subcontractors and the delivery of building materials to ensure an orderly progression. The site was always left safe and tidy. Detailed quotes and invoices were provided at the required intervals“ allowing us to confidently manage cash flow throughout the build. We consider ourselves fortunate to have employed Sven and Katja on our building project. Sven'™s attention to detail has produced a house that is sound, elegant and a pleasure to live in.

What was an old and tired patchwork deck, is now a beautiful new outdoor area. The transformation is amazing. Lou and Greg are an incredible team. They did a fantastic job preparing my home for sale, refurbishing the deck and sprucing up the house. Lou is a pocket rocket and is great at keeping you updated with progress and asking questions where needed to clarify details. Greg puts in massive effort and the results are solid and neat.
