I have been seeing Tamika regularly over the last couple of years. I always come away feeling very relaxed as she manages to release so much tension in all parts of the body. I particularly like the style of massage as it encorperates a nice flow as well as targeting pressure points. I have also seen Tamika throughout my pregnancies and have found her massage to be particularly great during this time. I can highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Adrian of BodyAlignment. He has been such a positive influence in my health journey as I've suffered from chronic pain for quite some time now. I appreciate his expertise of human anatomy and his ability to find all the right spots. I have newfound movement in my body now, especially in my neck. I will definitely be back to see Adrian when I am back in Byron. He has such a welcoming demeanour, and his work is so deep and powerful that I leave feeling very relaxed.
