Oh my... our Christmas ham ...just as good as last year if not better... thanks guys... Moist and rich in flavour. We glazed it in our home made mandarin marmalade and carved it up. Mm mmmm

Very pleased - I am an advocate for supporting/buying meat from your local butchers as opposed to supermarkets, purchased a whole rump from here and it is soooo tender combined with very friendly service, I am going back for sure.
