After coming to grief on the Western Highway, near Ararat, Victoria, my insurer, APIA, towed the car to BJ at Ballarat. APIA and Barry James kept me updated all the way, with messages and phone calls. And the office staff were sympathetic whenever I phoned. My main concern was the repair of the radar systems, such as collision control and lane assist. I shouldn't have worried, everything is back to perfect working order.
